About Me

My name is Georg Greven and I am a Personal Trainer with 10 years of experience.

My goal is to help you become strong, because strength training improves your coordination, balance, flexibility and of course strength.

Strength training will make you more confident, transform your body and build mental toughness.

I use the “Starting Strength” Method and compound barbell exercises to give you objective and measurable results.
